Selecting and assessing sustainable CDM projects using multi-criteria methods

摘要: Even though sustainable development has been broadly debated, the clean mechanism (CDM) still lacks sophisticated multi-criteria decision methods for identifying, selecting and assessing CDM project activities from this perspective. Bearing in mind huge number of projects that are beginning to accumulate as carbon market gains momentum, importance non-Annex I Parties keep focused on sustainability objective, article aims at developing a tool prioritizing—within given group, once specific list criteria is agreed upon given—proposed point view.
