摘要: The in vitro proliferation assay was used to determine lymphocyte responsiveness soluble antigen of B. ovis and Concanavalin A (Con A) peripheral blood, spleen various lymph nodes from ovis-infested naive lambs. From March July, an monthly blood samples showed generally higher proliferative responses Con than response cells the skin-draining prescapular significantly Responses medial iliac, mediastinal mesenteric (which do not receive skin) no significant differences between groups. Within lambs, node that any other lymphoid organ examined. Responsiveness prescapular, iliac different groups, while a data indicate antigen-specific cellular immune is operating mainly locally, at level skin draining nodes. T cell mitogen did support non-specific immunodepression as reported ectoparasite/host systems.
