摘要: Objectives : This study aimed to assess the effect of applying casein phosphopeptide–amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP) paste, fluoride (CPP-ACPF) paste and sodium gel on surface microhardness enamel after microabrasion. Materials Methods: Thirty freshly extracted human premolars were selected. All samples subjected hardness indentations made with Vickers machine average value was recorded as initial microhardness. The specimens then randomly divided into three groups (n=10) CPP-ACPF, CPP-ACP. teeth micro-abraded Opalustre. Microhardness test performed post-abrasion hardness. Three remineralization modalities each group. measurements performed. To compare difference between groups, rehardening softening values defined. One-way ANOVA Tukey’s post hoc at a significance level 5% used for statistical analysis. Results: mean (MMV) had significant decrease microabrasion from baseline. MMV increase in all groups. CPP-ACPF group significantly more than that (P=0.027). other (P<0.001). Conclusion: remineralizing agents effective CPP-ACP pastes are effective, but lesser extent neutral surface. Incorporation formulation does not provide any additional potential. Keywords: Casein phosphopeptide-amorphous nanocomplex; Enamel Microabrasion; Hardness; Sodium Fluoride
