摘要: The increasing number of revision knee arthroplasty result in the more frequently use a constraint implant but results from previous reports are difficult to interpret. purpose this study was compare long-term outcomes superficial cemented versus metaphyseal total with condylar constrained arthroplasty. retrospective analysis clinical and radiographic series arthroplasties performed prosthesis press-fit modular stems. We hypothesized that outcome surface cementation would be inferior cementation. Fifty-two consecutive cases were followed for median 8.2 years (range, 6 10 years). Substantial improvements range motion Knee Society score achieved all patients, although these not significant between groups. Significantly radiolucent lines visible on tibial component than cementation, differences relevant. Radiologic better using components cementless stems cementation–based approach; however, difference clinically
