摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the largest causes cancer-related deaths worldwide for which there are very limited treatment options that currently effective. The ubiquitin-proteasome system has rapidly become acknowledged as both critical normal cellular function and a frequent target de-regulation leading to disease. This review appraises evidence linking with this devastatingly intractable cancer asks whether it may prove be fertile ground development novel therapeutic interventions against hepatocellular carcinoma.
