摘要: In liberalization policies for network industries market design is primarily considered and approached as a technical economic problem. Market should support an efficient, fair, robust reliable provision of commodities. Pursuing these goals, parameters are commonly analyzed combined, drawing on more or less explicit theoretical notions, resulting in specific elaborate rules. A second much less-stressed facet that processes important arenas which stakeholders seek to influence the future contours market. wide variety opinions among experts exists with regard end-goals, consequences choices outcomes terms performance. Consequently, designs fiercely contested, highly politicized arduous, lengthy processes. This article discusses research was conducted facilitate component new Dutch gas balancing regime: bid price ladder purchase sell deficit excess volumes gas. The concludes can be complex wicked problems instead and/or optimization problems. Finally, implications this conclusion process.
