摘要: Public participation in the planning process is very important due to fact that public has right live a healthy environment and obligation protect environment. Generally, Malaysia started Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) 1988 as mandatory legislative requirement enhance quality of EIA was introduced measure benefit or cost from physical development public. To promote active achieving better decisions on environmental effects, all parties shall cooperate taking appropriate actions. While promoting one means contributing sustainable development, this research also aimed at discussing strategies can be adopted order involvement High leads comprehensive decision making. Therefore, recommended are hoped improve generally specifically towards realizing green city through implementation project.
