摘要: We studied hue discrimination and brightness matching throughout the spectrum in ten juvenile patients suffering from diabetes mellitus (Type I) with no (eight patients) or mild (two retinopathy. In addition, FM 100-Hue test was performed. The data were collected once every year over 5 years. Over years, diabetics show a continual change shape of their function. Wavelength ability remains quite stable time at long end but is variable short wavelengths. FM-100 error scores remain similar period tested, level slightly higher than that control group. Additional experiments sensitivity S-cone diabetic group to controls. results can be explained by an early relative reduction post-receptoral processes diabetics.
