摘要: We surveyed 1196 Black health and political leaders on their perceptions about the US Department of Health Human Services' Healthy People 2000 public goals. Respondents identified reducing incidence acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, improving maternal infant health, controlling sexually transmitted diseases as three most important goals for Americans that are amenable to intervention. The assigned nearly all responsibility prevention efforts federal government individual. With American care system now in flux, need organize see these priority issues addressed.
