摘要: Vaccines are among the most effective public health interventions against infectious diseases. However, there is evidence in United States for parents either delaying or refusing recommended childhood vaccination. Exemptions to school immunization laws and use of alternative schedule from those by Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices American Academy Pediatrics cannot only increase risk children contracting vaccine-preventable diseases but also increases infecting others who too young be vaccinated, vaccinated medical reasons did not develop a sufficient immunological response vaccine. Healthcare providers cited as influential source vaccine decision-making. Vaccine hesitancy needs addressed healthcare scientific community listening parental concerns discussing risks associated with vaccines.
