摘要: Abstract This paper reports an evaluation of the effect both organic and inorganic additives on gelation kinetics, morphology separation properties asymmetric poly(phthalazine ether ketone) (PPEK) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes. Using online optical microscope-CCD camera for observation precipitation front movement ( X ), a good linear relationship between 2 time was observed whole process with correlation coefficient R ) higher than 0.98. It found that pure water flux membranes were lower neat PPEK might be attributed to decrease in face velocity caused by extra additives. The PEG600 Tween80 at same additive concentration. When OA concentration increased from 3.5 5.0 wt.%, 332 367 L/m h rejection decreased 98.6 96.8%. exhibited finger-like macro-voids structure skin layer outer-most region fiber. Evaluation membrane chemical resistance various solutions indicated had against HCl, H SO 4 , HNO 3 CH COOH, OA, NaOH O while NaClO solution can greatly damage mechanical strength. Static sorption tests revealed adsorbed more bacitracin BSA due smaller size bacitracin.
