摘要: Abstract The CHO cell line is mainly used to synthesize recombinant proteins for human therapeutic use. Recent efforts have focused on improving the productivity of this system by using two tools: genetic manipulation cells and/or changing operating conditions cultures. In most cases, these techniques resulted in significant improvements system. For example, a slight decrease culture temperature has been over past ten years increase longevity, resulting an increased r-proteins. However, despite large numbers diverse studies, there are currently no unified hypotheses explain This because magnitude effect dependent and r-protein, effects cellular processes protein synthesis growth difficult decouple quantify experimentally. review, we assembled relevant backgrounds address problem, explore different experimental approach that allowed us specific from temperature, order estimate net r-proteins better understand molecular involved. information provided study can be propose new strategies at industrial scale implementing fed-batch or perfusion cultures improve production several important
