摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the translational diffusion methods in protein chemistry. Translational studies have proved to be a powerful means of obtaining information about size and shape molecules solution. Combination sedimentation coefficients with solute partial specific volume constitutes one most satisfactory widely used for estimating molecular weights macromolecules. On other hand, if weight is known, coefficient can obtain molecule. In absence information, rough, but sometimes useful, estimate made from alone. The experimental basis theory process liquids formed primarily by on systems small well-defined purity structure, Brownian movement microscopic colloid particles.
