摘要: Bei uber 40% der Patienten, die an einer Infektion durch das „human immune-deficiency virus“(HIV) erkranken, ist Nervensystem betroffen (Anders et al. 1986). 10–30% Patienten beginnt Erkrankung mit neurologischen Symptomen, ein Immundefektsyndrom (AIDS) tritt in solchen Fallen erst spater oder uberhaupt nicht auf (Levy 1985a). In manchen steht anfangs eine organische Demenz im Vordergrund.
