摘要: A process of producing ethanol from whole stillage, includes obtaining a supply stillage an production facility after has been extracted therefrom; pre-treating the to convert hemicellulose portions into sugars; adding enzymes cellulose fermenting create beer mixture; and distilling mixture separate therefrom. The step may include acid decrease its pH level; heating pressurizing stillage; holding under pressure heat for dwell time; removing cause flashing; cooling before are added.
