摘要: The Finite Element Method and Response Surface are used to find the effect of milling parameters (Cutting speed, Feedrate Axial depth) on plastic strain when Hastelloy C‐22HS. This simulation gain more understanding distribution in metal cutting. surface method (RSM) has been minimize number simulation. contour plot from RSM shows relationship between variables (cutting feedrate axial response (plastic ‐ rate). The friction interaction along tool‐chip interface is modeled with Coulomb law.
