摘要: The aim of this study is to characterize in resting-state conditions the cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV) signals fibromyalgia patients. anterior and middle arteries both hemispheres from 15 women with healthy were monitored using Transcranial Doppler (TCD) during a 5-minute eyes-closed resting period. Several signal processing methods based on time, information theory, frequency time-frequency analyses used order extract different features CBFV vessels. Main results indicated that, comparison control subjects, patients showed higher complexity envelope distribution power spectral density. In addition, it has been observed that show correlations clinical pain parameters emotional factors. characterization lineal model discriminate between controls, providing high accuracy. These findings indicate signals, specifically their characteristics, contain may be relevant for assessment conditions.
