摘要: The construction of a 50- × 50-pixel spatial light modulator based on an active silicon backplane and using the hybrid field effect in nematic liquid crystals as modulating process is described. design electrical evaluation pixel array, which fabricated 1.5-μm nMOS has individual memory cell within each pixel, are discussed. performances 16 prototype SLM new device compared to provide indication progress toward high performance modulators with onboard memory.
