摘要: The fine structure of the lymphatic capillary and surrounding tissue areas was investigated. Instead a continuous basal lamina (basement membrane) wall, these observations revealed occurrence numerous filaments that insert on outer leaflet trilaminar unit membrane endothelium. These appear as individual units, or they are aggregated into bundles disposed parallel to long axis wall extend for distances adjoining connective area among collagen fibers cells. measure about 100 A in width have hollow profile. They exhibit an irregular beaded pattern along their densely stained with uranyl lead. similar microfibrils extracellular space observed peripheral mantle elastic fibers. Infrequently, connections between various elements observed, suggesting anchoring may also contribute filamentous units space. It is suggested connect small lymphatics tissues represent binding mechansim responsible maintaining firm attachment cells area.
