摘要: The patterns of synthesis and secretion the matrix proteins dentine enameloid were studied in developing teleost teeth by light microscope autoradiography after injection $^{3}$H-proline ballan wrasse or $^{3}$H-tyrosine common eel. In both species, collagenous was laid down incrementally, as tetrapods. wrasse, it observed that odontoblasts inner dental epithelium secreted protein into forming tooth tip (cap enameloid). It is concluded collagen cap increases bulk deposition at surface papilla. diffused preformed matrix. eel, epithelial odontoblastic components not clearly distinguishable experiment with but, when employed, labelling reduced to a low level demonstrable. continued secrete for some time mineralization tissue had commenced. Because component matrix, unlike component, because former labelled more intensely than latter, originating from resembles (amelogenins) mammalian enamel organization composition. Enameloid is, therefore, composite containing an amelogenin-like protein. suggested plays important part may be responsible initiating removal non-enzymatic mechanism. found fishes could have evolved true either prolongation secretory activity (Poole 1971) delay onset this activity. collar homologous enameloid, enamel, cuticle overlying teleosts produced entirely epithelium.
