摘要: Bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (DC) represent a family of antigen-presenting (APC) with varying phenotypes. For example, in mice, CD8α+ and CD8α− DC are thought to lymphoid myeloid origin, respectively. Langerhans (LC) the epidermis typical DC; they do not express CD8α, but high levels antigens such as CD11b FcγR. By contrast, thymic DC, which derive from lymphoid-related progenitor, CD8α only low antigens. also found spleen lymph nodes (LN), origin these has been determined. activating labeling epidermal LC vivo, it was that expressed on migration draining LN. Similarly, generated vitro CD8 wild-type mouse injected into skin CD8αKO when reached The results show potent APC. After skin, localized T-cell areas LN, secreted interleukin-12, interferon-γ, chemokine-attracting T cells, induced antigen-specific activation. These demonstrate periphery can migrate expression appears reflect state activation, mobilization, or both, rather than lineage.
