摘要: The discharge dynamics in an atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier (DBD) is studied a DBD reactor consisting of pair stainless steel parallel plate electrodes. has been generated by 50 Hz ac high voltage power source. high-speed intensified charge coupled device camera used to capture the images filaments occurring gap. It observed that frequent synchronous breakdown micro discharges occurs across gap case negative current pulse. experimental results reveal secondary emissions from surface play key role plasma filaments.
