摘要: Abstract Peculiarities of structure and mechanical behaviour amorphous Ti 50 Ni 25 Cu alloy were the focus this research. The melt-spun ribbons subjected to high pressure torsion (HPT) at temperatures 20–150 °C in order modify their behaviour. Some features obtained HPT-processed samples compared with initial state help x-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) nanohardness testing. Analysis structural data allowed us assume that severe plastic deformation (SPD) processing might lead formation similar new kind noncrystalline – “nanoglass” state.
