摘要: A review is presented of the field arterial tonometry and problems involved with its application. second generation model developed which interprets most difficulties encountered in previous experimental work. The also identifies barriers that must be overcome to allow become a practical technique for obtaining measurement continuous, absolute blood pressure. Problems addressed include those calibration, positioning sensitivity, design standardization, material properties vascular loading characteristics. Theoretical studies provide support application basic biomechanical concepts solution these suggest required features.
