摘要: There are many industries which produces large amount of poly-aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Bioremediation PAHs contaminated environment needs to be done because the carcinogenic and mutagenic properties PAHs. Five marine bacterial isolates from Indonesian territory had high potential for (phenanthrene pyrene) degradation were analyzed. strains, named M2292, M128, C318, C19 C15, have been identified by 16S rDNA sequence analysis as Ochrobactrum oryzae (99% homology with NR_042417.1), Bacillus subtilis (99 % HQ851067.1), JN587510.1), (100 JN587510.1) pumilus JN315777.1), respectively. The initial dioxygenase genes five PAH-degrading bacteria investigated revealed that all possessed nidA nahAc gene encoding required pyrene phenanthrene degradation.
