摘要: 1. Chronic ingestion of caffeine by male NIH strain mice alters the density a variety central receptors. 2. The cortical A1 adenosine receptors is increased 20%, while striatal A2A unaltered. 3. The densities corticalβ1 and cerebellarβ2 adrenergic are reduced byca. 25%, corticalα1 andα2 not significantly altered. Densities D1 D2 dopaminergic unaltered. The 5 HT1 HT2 serotonergic 26–30%. muscarinic nicotinic 40–50%. benzodiazepine-binding sites associated with GABAA 65%, affinity appears slightly decreased. MK-801 NMDA-glutaminergic appear unaltered. 4. The nitrendipine-binding calcium channels 18%. 5. The results indicate that chronic equivalent to about 100 mg/kg/day in causes wide range biochemical alterations nervous system.
