摘要: SUMMARY. Previously we identified a novel parvovirus from enteric contents of chickens that were affected by diseases. Comparative sequence analysis showed the chicken (ChPV) represented new member in Parvoviridae family. Here, describe some pathogenic characteristics ChPV young broilers. Following experimental infection, 2-day-old broiler characteristic signs disease. Runting-stunting syndrome (RSS) was observed four five groups with significant growth retardation between 7 and 28 days postinoculation (DPI). Viral small intestine shedding detected at early times postinoculation, which followed viremia generalization infection. could be most major tissues for 3 to 4 wk postinoculation.
