摘要: Abstract A comparative study of the electronic structure (Zn,Co)Se and (Zn,Mn)Se is done by using a tight-binding version coherent potential approximation. The densities states, relevant for photoemission experiment, are calculated magnetically disordered phase. exchange constant J pd obtained from splitting valence band top in ferromagnetic phase mixed crystal; dd estimated energy spin reversal. We explain large Co-based systems as result efficient hybridization d-states with band.
