摘要: Abstract In this paper we report the sensing of aflatoxin B1(AFB1) by field effect capacitive method using electrophoretically deposited reduced graphene oxide (RGO) films for first time. The RGO film has been characterized SEM, surface profilometer and Raman spectroscopy. It observed that both quantum capacitance ( C q ) effective electrical double layer EDL contribute significantly towards overall sensitivity molar concentration in range 20–50 mM. As changes opposite direction after AFB1 capture nature frequency dependence are different, shows a minima at particular frequency. Interestingly, is also dependent on concentration. Further, maximum obtained around 30% 10 −4 ppt (0.1 fg/ml) which greater than 1.5 times previous reports. This possible through enhanced biomolecule immobilization capability RGO. Thus based sensor provides combined advantage high behavior.
