摘要: A treatment device and method for delivering electrical pulses capable of creating irreversible electroporation. The system may include a bipolar probe with open or closed perfusion the purpose controlling conductivity rise to eliminate arcing, without significantly altering electric field distribution zone. This invention together delivery specific customized pulse parameters achieve clinically acceptable ablation sizes using while reducing overall risk arcing failure.
