摘要: A low-voltage tinnitus detection system using log-domain technique has been introduced in this paper. The design offers the advantages of resistorless design, electronic tunability performance characteristics, and less complexity than reported ones. detector verified by HSPICE simulation software parameters TSMC CMOS 130 nm process.
