摘要: The incidence of obesity is rapidly increasing throughout the world. Dyslipidemia a major risk factor for number chronic diseases, including diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. This work presents novel approach to study activity camel whey protein (WP) with antioxidant anti-inflammatory properties as cheap dietary substance extracted from milk produce satiety help in building muscles. Mice model suffering dyslipidemia result feeding on high fat-cholesterol diet 8 weeks were administrated either WP and/or rosuvastatin 4 weeks. revealed significant increase anthropometrical measurements, levels glucose, insulin, cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein, total leucocyte count, inflammatory cytokines reactive oxygen species, accompanied by elevation activating transcription factor-3 inducible nitric oxide synthase expressions. These alterations correlated profound reduction high-density peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha adiponectin along decrease liver muscle mitochondrial proteins. Rosuvastatin treatment mice combination ameliorated these parameters. Notably, animals treated both exhibited remarkable dyslipidemia. In addition, succeeded overcome therapeutic drawback posed therapy alone minimal side effects.
