摘要: NF-κB transcription factors regulate the expression of hundreds genes primarily involved in immune responses. Signaling events leading to activation constitute a major antiviral pathway. To replicate and persist within their hosts, viruses have evolved diverse strategies evade exploit cellular signaling cascades for benefit. We summarize recent studies concerning viral manipulation pathway downstream pattern recognition receptors. Signal transduction mediated by receptors is research frontier both infectious disease innate immunology.
