摘要: We report the case of a female patient who was referred to our unit because solid liver tumor, suggestive metastasis. After biopsy, diagnosed with epithelioid hemangioendothelioma liver. Epithelioid is rare entity an unpredictable, potentially fatal, clinical course and outcome. Due its rarity, this should be considered when solitary hepatic lesion detected included in differential diagnosis metastases. highlight infrequency presentation as indication surgical treatment. describe pathological characteristics new entity. The distinct therapeutic options are discussed.
