摘要: Sarin and soman induced the following similar effects: prolongation of QT interval duration, cardiac lesions immediate statistically significant decrease in body weight. However, animals exposed to remained underweight suffered delayed death. Thus, as sarin produced both prolongation, without exhibiting late death, it is unlikely that death observed soman-poisoned rats are attributable occurrence life-threatening arrhythmias. It postulated low weight may precipitate mortality soman-exposed rats. well documented rat explained terms blockade Ito potassium channels Na+/Ca+2 exchanger. Soman exert their effect on duration through non-specific action these sites. As drug-induced man mediated by Ikr channels, data presented this study not predict humans cases organophosphate intoxication.
