摘要: The microbial communities of three sludge samples were identified by using a combined cloning-Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (DGGE) method. Two taken from the aerobic and rotating biological contactor (RBC) novel hybrid system, named TNCU-I, which is activated sludge-RBC bioprocess. other sample was tank typical anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic (A2O) process. Acidovorax defluvii, Hydrogenophaga palleronii Streptococcus suis most predominant bacteria, respectively, in TNCU-I sludge, RBC biofilm A2O with abundances 13.2%, 18.7% 16.5%. Other bacteria their characteristics wastewater treatment process are also described.
