摘要: Langmuir–Blodgett multilayers of an isomeric mixture itaconate monoester have been prepared. Multilayers were polymerised via initiation by irradiation with ultraviolet light and the reactions studied UV–VIS spectrophotometry gel permeation chromatography. Alternate-layer structures monomer corresponding polymer aliphatic amine also built-up. X-Ray reflectivity experiments indicated that bilayer spacing these films did not change upon polymerisation. An evaluation pyroelectric properties alternate-layer revealed that, although monomer/amine system possessed a coefficient 1.4 µC m–2 K–1, polymer/amine pyroelectric. The mechanism responsible for loss activity is discussed on basis infrared spectroscopic investigations.
