摘要: Beta-glucans are recognized by the innate immune system. This recognition plays important roles in host defense and presents specific opportunities for clinical modulation of response. Neutrophils, macrophages, dendritic cells among others express several receptors capable recognizing beta-glucan its various forms. review explores what is currently known about how this stimulates responses. Special emphasis placed on Dectin-1, as we know most key receptor translates into intracellular signaling, cellular responses, participates orchestrating adaptive
