摘要: Dynamic Spectrum Access, based on the Cognitive Radio (CR) paradigm, is a promising solution to improve currently inefficient spectrum utilization. In this respect, paper deals with selection problem when number of radio links has be established in CR network. A novel strategy Partially Observable Markov Decision Process (POMDP) proposed combining partial observations interference state together statistical characterization dynamics. context, use an efficient observation key element account for trade-off between achieved performance and measurement requirements. For that purpose, aim propose evaluate different policies POMDP-based framework. Results show framework able achieve very similar than operating under full knowledge requiring much less associated signaling.
