摘要: ABSTRACT Two key issues in the development of sustainable food systems on a global basis are education how research will be done and informing general public to become more aware food, nutrition, hunger facing society. Knowing that production, national local security, equity access adequate nutrition important is only first step. Educating today's students motivated researchers, effective communicators, agents change future larger challenge.
