摘要: Influence of organic matter and Azotobacter nigricans on a Stevia rebaudiana B. plantation is plant that accumulates non-caloric sweetener compound known as stevioside. This crop traditionally fertilized with chemicals are harmful for the ecosystem, forcing to find alternatives mitigate this damage. Objective. To study effect an nigricans-based bio-fertilizer grown in acidic soil Department Meta, Colombia. Materials methods. Five treatments were established: T1 T2 application home waste compost at concentrations 15 30 ton ha -1 . T3 T4 same inoculating A. bio-fertilizer. T5 contained alone. The control consisted Bokashi under usual conditions cultivation. Plant growth was assessed by biomass increase measured dry weight, production, leaf area. physicochemical analysis included: percentage carbon, water content, pH. Results. inoculation produced rate mineralization compost, reaching final 4.85% OC between 90 180 days after inoculation. There significant (p< 0.05) differences production (1,538 kg
