摘要: Abstract Phosphate solubilizing rhizobacteria are considered as an important alternative to increase the availability of accumulated phosphates through solubilization. These growth plant by enhancing efficiency fixing biological nitrogen. This was studied a pot experiment involving two Solubilizing Rhizosphere Bacteria (PSRB) isolates, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis along with Tri-calcium phosphate (TCP) on availibity nutrients, composition soil yield attributes rice crop at its stages. Experiment laid in factorial completely randomized design (CRD) comprising eight treatments replicated thrice factors viz. factor 1 or without TCP (1 g-1soil) 2 single combined inoculation PSRB isolates. Considerable enhancement available content potassium (K), phosphorous (P), nitrogen (N) found 1g-1soil (P1) consortium broth culture Highest N (17.13% 19.1%), P (232% 265%), K (19.6% 29.2%) over control were recorded B3 (consortium culture). Similarly, maximum nutrient uptake (6.4%), (15.8%) (8.9%) same treatment. A considerable microbial biomass carbon dehydrogenase activity stages application (B3). (16.4% 16.5%) 34.7% 43.8% isolates subtilis) best treatment among all terms (63.2%) number panicles-1plant (54.8%), grains-1panicle(156%) average panicle length (63.9%).
