摘要: Much research has been undertaken in the field of pain an attempt to find effective treatment. Insights into underlying mechanisms have gained from studies using preclinical animal models (acute stimuli, post-tissue injury and peripheral nerve injury) evaluating their similarity with human condition. In this article, these are summarized discussed relation spinal processing. context therapeutic potential novel analgesics is highlighted as future looks forward many possibilities that targeted delivery drugs can bring.
