摘要: Teacher job satisfaction has been shown to impact teacher retention, attrition and absenteeism (Perrachione, Rosser, & Peterson, 2008). Given the significant investment of resources required train effective classroom teachers, retention those teachers is important. Research strongly supports connection between personality traits occupational related outcomes such as work performance, career success, across groups. Developing an understanding profile satisfied a whole, well by teaching area, could serve better equip for reality teaching, potentially having ability increase satisfaction. The purposes this study were investigate similarities differences within groups, examine effects on through longitudinal using analysis covariance multiple regression. When attributable gender controlled, two groups sample emerged. Math, science, physical education more resolute, analytical investigative, where elementary, secondary English history, special open-minded sensitive.
