摘要: Social isolation has significant long-term psychological and physiological consequences. Both social traumatic brain injury (TBI) alter normal function structure. However, the influence of on recovery from TBI is unclear. This study aims to evaluate if exacerbates anatomical functional deficits after in young rats. During weeks juvenile rats, we evaluated animal behaviors by T-maze open-field tests, recorded activity electrocorticograms assessed structural changes histological procedures hippocampal dentate gyrus, CA1, CA3 areas. Our findings revealed memory impairments hyperactivity conditions compared other groups. Histological assessments showed an increase mean number dark neurons, apoptotic cells, caspase-3 positive cells all tested areas hippocampus without Furthermore, significantly increased region TBI. indicates harmful effect induced Prevention may improve outcome
