摘要: Background: Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a high malignant characterized by intensive local invasion and incidence of distant metastasis. Although many reports have demonstrated that angiogenesis has played an important role in tumor metastasis, the relationship between metastasis characters ability low cell lines rarely been reported. The present study aimed to compare ACC-M (high metastasis) ACC-2 (low vitro. Furthermore, activity nuclear factor κappa B expression vascular endothelial growth (VEGF) were also detected. Methods: Electrophoretic mobility shift assay was used detect activity. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR quantify mRNA level VEGF. Immuofluorescence double staining semi-quantitative confocal laser scanning analysis carried out localization intensity compared vitro three-dimensional angiogenic model assay. vector transfection performed transfect PCMV-IκBαM into ACCs expressing phosphorylation defective IκBαM. Results: Nuclear rate significantly higher than ACC-2. Moreover, exhibited protein levels VEGF effectively decreased inhibition could remarkably stimulate migration tube formation cells induce umbilical vein sprouting gel matrix. Conclusion: These results implicated with feature might greater ability.
