摘要: Regeneration of the pulp-dentine complex depends on satisfactory disinfection root canal system followed by wise application scaffolds, stem cells and growth factors. Hence, purpose this chapter is to discuss latest discoveries biocompatible strategies use scaffolds tissue engineering in regenerative endodontics. Traditionally, necrotic permanent immature teeth has been done using antibiotic pastes, but although effective, these can be extremely toxic cells, preventing reliable outcomes. Alternatively, nanofibrous constructs have demonstrated able function as drug delivery systems for a range antibiotics, showing comparable antimicrobial effects pastes minimal concentration. After disinfection, regeneration may encouraged cell-free or cell transplantation approaches. While former approach comprises strategy which no exogenous are used, latter induces outcomes transplanting into canal. To conclude, clinical translation predictable therapeutics treat with pulps will involve advanced loaded not and/or factors predictably foster pulp dentine regeneration.
