摘要: Abstract Objectives Orthostatic tremor is a specific form of which characterized by subjective feeling unsteadiness during stance, not present in other positions. The diagnosis can be confirmed the electromyographic or accelerometric study recording ( e.g. quadriceps muscle) frequency 13–18 Hz occurring exclusively upright position. Case report In case, despite presence classic features orthostatic proper has been much delayed. Conclusions paper presents characteristic this rare movement disorder, indicates some diagnostic possibilities, and emphasizes need for disseminating knowledge about disease treated successfully.
