摘要: The management of regionally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has evolved rapidly over the last decade. older AJCC staging system had employed a single stage III category to group patients who NSCLC in same as those with distant metastatic disease (1). However, introduction ISS 1986 subdivided into IIIA and IIIB categories, defined IV separate metastases (2).
