摘要: Bovine tuberculosis is an important disease that has impacts on regional and international trade. The can affect both social economic stability have a deleterious species diversity. intradermal tuberculin test been in use for almost century and, despite the technological advances of last two decades, still only prescribed diagnosis cattle. Many other animal, including humans, be infected with Mycobacterium bovis. This paper reviews various tests used by researchers detecting infection M. bovis variety animal species, attempts to prioritise or comment importance having appropriately validated diagnostics different species. difficulties validation using small numbers animals, especially when occurs few instances affected rare and/or valuable, are discussed.
